Job Description

-        To prepare advertisements, shortlisting candidates, scheduling, conducting interviews and carry out background checks and reference checks.

-        To issue & ensure all recruitment documents are complete and updated at all times.

-        To maintain a smooth onboarding process & carry out orientation program.

-        To prepare, process & generate monthly payroll and arrange payment for salary pay out and monthly statutory documents and submission – EPF, Socso, EIS, Income Tax & HRDF.

-        To administer & process associate movement timely & accurately such as new hire, termination, confirmation, promotion, transfer, re-designation, personal particulars, etc. and update record into HR system and individual personal file.

-        To check monthly expenses claim, generate all claim transactions & post into HR system.

-        To generate reports to Finance department.

-        To maintain filing systems for efficient record keeping and easy retrieval.

-        To conduct exit interview for all employees leaving the Company.

-        To execute and monitor Learning and Development programs. Process training claims and make claims from HRDF where applicable.

-        To responsible in handling staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and other related matters.

-        To assist managing employees’ grievances

-        To ensure all documents related to ISO9001 is in order and attend to its audits.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

·       Preferably at least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

·       Fresh graduate can be considered.

·       Good communication and inter-personal skills.

·       Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

·       Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

·       Preferably with knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and Employment Act.

·       Preferably with knowledge of latest government statutory requirements.
